Woodmen Hills: water & parks (WHMD)

The Woodmen Hills Metropolitan District (WHMD) is a separate, overlapping entity. WHMD owns and operates the water and wastewater (sewer) systems that serve our homes, plus the larger Woodmen Hills parks and recreation facilities.

Bent Grass sits within WHMD boundaries but operates independently. Residents help fund parks and recreation through district fees, and receive free access in return.
